Marcia Reni

Manager for Client Quality and Information Systems


As the Manager for Client Quality and Information Systems, Marcia is responsible for supporting the agency’s mission by implementing quality management activities, creating agency publications, grant-writing, and supporting the agency’s electronic health record.

Since joining MHA in 2015, Marcia has overseen the implementation of the electronic health record in the agency’s outpatient clinic, published the agency employee newsletter and Annual Reports, and supported the development of a data culture at MHA with the introduction of various reporting and quality management initiatives. She has also served as lead on a project to transform agency practice from fee-for-service to value-based services, which led to the adoption of uniform evidence-based assessments for clients of the outpatient clinic.

Marcia earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the College of the Holy Cross and holds a Masters in Public Administration for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
