Director of Developmental Disabilities Services
Cheryl was named Director of Disability Services in late 2017. She is responsible for oversight of all MHA disability services. For individuals with developmental disability, services include Individual Support Services and Residential Services. For individuals with acquired brain injury injury, MHA provides Residential Rehabilitation and Transitional Assistance services.
Cheryl joined MHA following years of service to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. She served in management positions at American Training, Advocates, Eliot Community Human Services, and Lifelinks. Her broad experience included residential and day services for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Her primary focus at MHA is to ensure that all her staff are fully trained and supported to provide the high quality services that the individuals we support deserve.
Cheryl earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Merrimack College and holds various industry certifications including as a certified PAC trainer.,
