Representative Niki Tsongas has represented Lowell and surrounding towns in the House of Representatives since 2007. She recently visited a CBFS residence where she learned about MHA’s key accomplishments, heard about some of the challenges facing mental health providers, and shared her view of the likely challenges ahead for federal funding and legislation. Tsongas has announced that she will not seek re-election in 2018.
